The five operating rules we never break

To protect pilgrims and ensure complete peace of mind, we operate under five immutable commitments:

• 1. Written prices in real text: You will never see a price disguised in a graphic image or hidden behind a "Call for Price" gate. Every rate is published in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per person.
• 2. Exact hotel names and realistic distances: We state the actual hotel name and its measured walking distance from the Haram courtyard. If a property requires a shuttle bus, we say so upfront.
• 3. Zero payments to personal bank accounts: All bank payments must be made to verified corporate company accounts. We never accept or instruct deposits into personal accounts.
• 4. Official stamped receipts: Every deposit is backed immediately by an official receipt detailing passenger names, package inclusions, and flight itinerary.
