What to send us so we can quote properly

A quote is only worth having if it is based on the right facts. Send these four things and you will get a real number instead of "it depends".

• Your departure city. Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar. The airfare is the biggest part of the price, so this changes everything.
• How many people, and their ages. Infants and children under twelve are priced differently, and room sharing only works in fours, threes and twos.
• Your dates, or the month. "Any time in November" gets you a better price than a fixed date, because we can put you on the cheapest group departure.
• Whether anyone has trouble walking. This decides the hotel more than the budget does. Tell us honestly and we will not sell you a package with a shuttle bus.

How we take payment

Written down, so you can hold us to it.

• Never into a personal account. Payment goes to the company account or is handed over at the office. If anyone ever asks you to send Umrah money to a personal account, that is the moment to stop.
• A receipt for every rupee. Including the booking amount. Keep them until you are home.
• The price is confirmed before you pay. If the airline fare has moved since we quoted, we tell you first and you decide. We do not take the money and explain afterwards.
• Your booking is issued by a licensed operator. We work with Mashal Travels, Al-Ehram Travels, Travigation and Meezab Group of Pakistan, and your visa and tickets come through them.
